Dwight Moody Penton, age 78, a resident of 824 Federal Drive and a resident of
Montgomery for 50 years died at 2 pm Thursday, Sept 22, 1977 in a local
Hosptial after an extended illness. Funeral Sept 24, 1977 from White Chapel at
2 pm with Rev Gilbert Barrow officiating. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Olene Jones Penton, Montgomery, daughter Miss
Jane Penton, Bham, son Dwight Richard penton, Wake Forest NC, sister Mrs.
Victor T. Thompson, Montgomery, Honorary Pallbearers will be the Men's Bible
Class of Capital Heights Baptist church.5
